TIFF (preferred), PSD, JPG, and print-ready PDF, up to 1 GB per file. 300 DPI at final print size is ideal, but we regularly print excellent work from lower resolutions — we will tell you what your file will look like before we press. Please submit files in the Adobe RGB (1998) color space.
Once your file passes our print check, production takes about 5 working days to ship. Bulk runs (500+) ship in 7 – 10 working days. Rush is available on request; we will tell you honestly whether we can fit it in.
Everything comes off one press — an Epson SureColor P9570, a 44″ wide-format Giclée printer running a twelve-colour UltraChrome PRO12 pigment ink set (including a dedicated Violet channel for expanded blues, purples, and deep skin tones), at up to 2400 dpi. Because every order — paper, matted, or canvas, small or large — runs through the same printhead and the same colour profile, a 5×7 matches a 36×48 from the same file.
Yes. Drop-ship in your packaging is the default for any order of 25 prints or more. Co-branded packaging is available on larger volume runs. We never include our own marketing in shipments made on your behalf.
Yes. The $24 sample pack includes a 5×7 swatch of every paper and canvas we run — Epson Premium Luster, Legacy Platine, Breathing Color Lyve Matte, and Crystalline — printed with a reference image so you can compare tone, texture, and finish in your hands. It ships flat and arrives in three days.
No. You confirm that you own the copyright to any file you upload, or that you have written permission from the artist. We ask because we care — and because a lot of people who upload artwork have never had anyone ask them.
